Philanthropyis highlights and showcases the many ways people are collaborating for social change. Not only do we feature good works, but we are also a fun social network community that allows individuals to join others who share the same vision as them. Philanthropy has a history of being misunderstood in which people tend to think of it as the sole act of large donations by the elite. Selflessness comes in a variety of forms, ages, tax brackets and zip codes. We are here to revive the ancient Greek root meaning of philanthropy, the love of humanity. Philanthropy is fashion. Philanthropy is music. Philanthropy is art. Philanthropy is community. We are all passionate about different things and accordingly, can give in different ways. What is philanthropy to you?
